Healthy Breakfast

I have to thank my girlfriend for this recipe.  Our conversations on WeChat are basically pictures of what we eat throughout the day.  My boyfriend knows when I take a photo of a dish first thing he asks “Are you going to send it to Wendy?”

Ingredients

Arugula

Peaches/Nectarines

Pistachios

Poached Egg

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Salt & Pepper
