Training

My boyfriend signed me up for my first half century ride in Solvang.  I’m really excited about this ride, but also extremely nervous.  With only less than 6 weeks to train for my first ½ century I have put my workouts in high gear.  With the help of class pass,  I’ve been able to take several spin classes prior to my shifts at the hospital when I am unable to train outside on my bike. I am extremely thankful for all the studios who are a part of class pass in the Southbay area but also in the city of LA.  I wanted to share my experience of all these amazing studios with fellow beginner cyclists or avid fitness enthusiasts.
